The DFL-203 fluorimetric detector as part of a liquid chromatograph is designed to quantify the concentration of substances by the intensity of their fluorescence, which occurs under the action of ultraviolet irradiation of a certain wavelength.
The Model 121M fluorimetric detector is designed for the analysis of fluorescent substances, including benz(a)pyrene, aflatoxins and ORA derivatives of amino acids.
